Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets

The Financial Supervision Act sets strict requirements regarding professionalism, integrity, financial reliability and transparency. The Authority for the Financial Markets (Autoriteit Financiële Markten, AFM) has been charged by the legislator with the supervision of all financial service providers in the Netherlands. MontClair is registered with the AFM, under registration number 1200 8394. The AFM maintains a register of all license holders, which can be viewed at www.afm.nl (in Dutch)  

Dutch Insurance Brokers’ Association (Adfiz)

MontClair is a member of the Dutch Insurance Brokers’ Association (Assurantieadviseurs en Financiële Dienstverleners (Adfiz)). Adfiz membership is proof that members fulfil the strict requirements regarding quality and professionalism that the Adfiz sets for its members, guaranteeing you expert, consistent and reliable advice. Independent advice

MontClair is completely independent in its advice, which means that we are under no contractual obligation whatsoever to recommend the products of certain insurers.  

No participation

We are a completely independent company. There is not a single bank, insurer or other provider of financial services that has a right to vote or a share in our capital.

Payment method

The costs for our services are covered by the insurer to whom we introduce you, unless we make alternative payment arrangements with you beforehand.  
Complaints

Although we will always do our best to provide you with the best possible service, please do not hesitate to inform us should you be dissatisfied for any reason. We will do all we can to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
